I was charged hours of work , for them not to find the problem and wanted to add more hours. This is suppose to be trained Mechanics and I feel it’s not. The truck was purchased at this ford dealer and problem and wanted to add more hours. This is suppose to be trained Mechanics and I feel it’s not. The truck was purchased at this ford dealer and I just have trouble believing they couldn’t find the problem and wanting to add more time and money for not finding anything. I want to investigate more on this matter and see if I was unfairly over charged for nothing being found. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. You need better mechanics! More

The service is great, Just pull my car inside and leave it, then check in. Ms. Baumgartner was my contact, took my information and discussed the recall service they provide, asking, will I be waiting for m it, then check in.
