Samantha, Thank you for the feedback and your business. By no means did anyone here force you to do anything you didn't want to do. We've fortunately been in business for 42 years and haven't been serving the public for that long if we make people do what they don't want to do. All figures were agreed upon between you and our sales associate before you came to the dealership yesterday. While you were in the finance department you wanted to renegotiate the figures. I simply explained to you that you had agreed upon the figures and while signing out in the finance department wasn't the place for a renegotiation. You asked for some time to think it over which we said take your time. You proceeded to sign the paperwork once you thought things through.
