From the beginning of my purchase, I first "built" my truck on line, then went to the Dealership. The salesman {Bob McHugh} showed me a similar truck on the lot, then the Sales Manager {Brennen} also exp truck on line, then went to the Dealership. The salesman {Bob McHugh} showed me a similar truck on the lot, then the Sales Manager {Brennen} also explained and helped "order" my new truck. then upon taking delivery, the Finance Lady ( Tracy Lawson) was very helpful also, even staying "over" along with Bob, to ensure a smooth and complete sale experience. My last 3 trucks, and my wife's car, have been from Washington Ford. More
