I wish that I had done a bit more research on this dealer. It seems it does business under several names. Don't shop on price alone. The salesman, Jimmy, will rush you through so you don't notice dealer. It seems it does business under several names. Don't shop on price alone. The salesman, Jimmy, will rush you through so you don't notice that the car does not have the features that you wanted or that they advertised. No Sirius radio? The answer will me 'sure' or "I don't know about those electronic things." I found out the hard way that Sirius has to have the command module and many Mercedes do not have them (costs over $1,000 to install). But you will see Sirius on the car's monitor. You bet that this fellow is slick. He has been a used car salesman for decades I'm sure. Told me over the phone that the car had options that it DID NOT. Say's he 'handpicks' the cars, but then doesn't know much about them when they are on his lot. Handpick?? I found plenty of scratches and dings and near-bald tires on the lot. The comment was "there used cars" and this is true, but then do NOT call them flawless, mint and needs nothing. How do you handpick a car when it has ding's in the fender, a chip in the window or needs a detail job like a hangover needs an asprin? I looked at one high-end car and the paint on the radio was flaking off. The responce? You can take it to the dealer.. I think not. You will be told ANYTHING to get you to buy one of these things. I guarantee that he will try and sell you a S Class car. Another thing is that they do not have a shop. Whatever you buy is sold AS-IS. I should have known when I saw another salesman playing an on-line poker game on his computer. As for customer service, don't insult a customer's intelligence, the car he drives, or what he wants. I had spent 3 "quick visits" with Mr. George who is the owner of Highline automotive in Warrenton Va , the first was the initial test drive this went great, the second was with my wife who noticed "minor f owner of Highline automotive in Warrenton Va , the first was the initial test drive this went great, the second was with my wife who noticed "minor flaws" Mr George said he would "have the scratches painted." The third visit was to come get a buyers order. I had been approved for the loan. On Oct 27, 08. Later that evening coming home from work I was in a horrible car wreck which resulted in multiple internal injuries. I called Mr. George Tuesday morning and told him I would have to wait to take delivery of the car and explained why. I then asked if he could while I recooperated a while have the scratches taken care of he then said what we would do is I would give him the check then we would go to his buddies auto body shop and consult with him on the best way to fix the scratch. He wouldn't do this though before getting his money (this sounded really "shady"). If the car was so perfect as he described it to me from the start why not just have the scratches removed? He asked me what my intentions were as far as picking the car up at this time I was so loaded on pain killers it was quite difficult to "think" when I could get to pick the car up. I don't remember all he said but he was telling me that I basically was not serious about buying the car and said and I do quote "maybe you're not ready for a Porsche" he all but called me a liar. I called him 4 hours later (after a nap) told him I wasn't going to buy his vehicle and bought a much nicer Cayman S with significantly lower miles 1790 miles and no flaws fully loaded and had it delivered to my front door for 1700 more than what he wanted. He kept saying he was giving the car away. No one gives a car away and due to his attitude his car still sits on his lot today as I pass it in my much nicer Porsche. More
Best experience I've ever had in purchasing previouslyowned vehicles. Bought 2 from Highline in the last year. Exceptionally nice cars at exceptionally fair prices. Experienced manager hand previouslyowned vehicles. Bought 2 from Highline in the last year. Exceptionally nice cars at exceptionally fair prices. Experienced manager hand picks every vehicle....not some flunkie that's buying a quota of cars for the boss back in some glitzy showroom. I didn't find him pushy.....just excited about buying and selling super nice cars. I've bought 6 Mercedes from various dealers and my current purchased from Highline is by far the best, most reasonably priced and most pleasant experience. Reviewer #1 must be one of thise guys that expect EVERYTHING NEW out if a used car and is NEVER satisfied. Highline's cars are USED but they are top of the line and $20,000 to $30,000+ less than the same model a few years newer. Highline is my FIRST stop now when looking for a car. I will buy from them again as long as Jimmy, Tony and Mike are running the show. More
