But "Buying a car sight unseen" I'll preface this by saying that the info in the other 5-star reviews is accurate and consistent with our experience. But our purchase was unlike any other we've ever done. We found Highline while looking for a particular Lexus. We made no appt for a weekend afternoon, and spent most of the afternoon test driving vehicles. Mike and Mike are the most easy-going, "no pressure" car guys I've ever met. And they are extremely knowledgeable, probably due to the fact that they are passionate about high end cars. Looking back, I know we messed up his schedule, but Mike (Vitiello) gave us as much time as we needed while he adeptly handled his clients who had made appts. At the end of the day (literally), we decided on a Mercedes. Mike looked deflated when he had to tell us that the new owners of that car were signing papers even as we spoke. But he offered to see if there were any others in the area. Because of all the parameters we placed on our (my) "dream car," he had to expand his search to nationwide. He then eliminated specific dealerships that he wasn't "comfortable" dealing with. That left a perfect prospect in Florida. (Mike, "Ah, a Florida car! Hard to beat a Florida car.") We were nervous, but Mike said to trust him, and we felt we could. He had a contact in FL who did a hands on, and Mike bought it and had it delivered in seven days. We picked it up immediately which apparently didn't give Highline enough time to prep the car thoroughly. Almost home (about 40 miles), the "check engine" light came on. Mike felt awful about it and wanted it back as soon as possible. He took it and had M-B fix it. Then he developed a short punch list of aesthetic improvements he could make (some of which I hadn't even noticed). Wheel scuffs fixed, leather steering wheel and shifter made over to look like new, he even replaced an MB cap on one of the wheels. The car is gorgeous. It handles like a dream and runs great. We can't say enough good things about Mike and Mike at Highline. We doubt seriously that we'll ever buy another car elsewhere. I know it sounds cliche, but if you're looking for a "pre-owned" luxury car, you will get the best price, the best service, and the best experience from the absolute nicest guys in the business. More
Mike at Highline was great to deal with. I e-mailed him Saturday morning to check the availability of a Corvette and he responded immediately. When I arrived at the dealership we covered the basics of the Saturday morning to check the availability of a Corvette and he responded immediately. When I arrived at the dealership we covered the basics of the vehicle as I did a walk around to inspect any issues. The Corvette was advertised exactly as it appeared. We went in worked a final sale number and the deal was done. No headache, no major price negotiation. The car was listed at a very fair price which made my price negotiation requirement simple. 30 minutes later the car was mine and I picked it up the following business day. Thank you for making the process so easy and painless. More
My husband and I were in the market for a used Mercedes and found one on the internet through Warrenton Highline. We contacted them and they were wonderful to work with. They gave me a great price for m and found one on the internet through Warrenton Highline. We contacted them and they were wonderful to work with. They gave me a great price for my trade in and the price we paid for the car was better than at the dealer for a car of the same year and model with less mileage! We enjoyed working with them and will definitely use them again in the future. More
I purchased my BMW 328i from Warrenton Highline in July 2012. This dealer by far had the best price in the Washington DC metro area. Our salesperson, Mike George, was very responsive both via email and b 2012. This dealer by far had the best price in the Washington DC metro area. Our salesperson, Mike George, was very responsive both via email and by phone and assured we had our initial questions answered prior to making our trip down from Maryland. Our visit to the dealership and purchase experience was good overall. The car was as described, and the buying process was fairly smooth. We noticed in the photos that the tire tread appeared low, and when we asked Mike about them, he measured them and estimated there was about 50% tread left. Concerns at rest, we purchased the car, still under factory warranty, and headed to get the required MD inspection. The car did not pass inspection, because of the tires. The rotors also had to be replaced. While the rotors were completely covered under warranty, the tires were not. We contacted Mike, sharing our displeasure over the failed inspection over something we specifically questioned. After some back and forth, Mike ultimately reimbursed us for half of the cost of new tires, which we felt was a fair compromise. Bottom line, we got a great car at a great price. Highline is a small dealer and does not have a auto shop attached, so be informed of what you are buying, ask a lot of questions, and take a real good look at the car before driving off the lot. More
I had talked to Mike George on the phone about a 2006 XLR that I saw on AutoTrader.com through Warrenton Highline's website. From the time I talked to him on the phone until the time I purchased the car, he was great to talk to and very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. The customer service was excellent. I had been researching this car for about four years and found the price and condition of the to be excellent. Financing was easy and it took little time to do the paperwork. I drove it home the same day. I definately recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Sincerely Alvin E Williams More
This team of experts far exceeded my expectations! They were friendly and attentive - not your usual pushy car salesmen. We called ahead the day before, made an appointment, arrived on time, test drove a BMW 750LI and bought it. Because they were so friendly, and the fact that the products on their lot were first class luxury vehicles and immaculate, we bought a second vehicle. In fact, my wife and I traded and bought two luxury vehicles in an afternoon! I strongly urge anyone looking for a real nice luxury vehicle to check out this place! This was truly a great experience...we'll be back. More
Buying a previously owned car can be a real journey into the unknown. Well, if you are interested in a used top quality automobile, Warrenton Highline is the place for you. I recently had the opportunity to work with the folks at Highline on the purchase of vehicle they had for sale. The experience was a very good one. Mike V. and Mike G. were extremely accommodating, pleasant, professional, and forthright. You are informed about everything they know about the vehicle, its history, how it was taken care of, etc. They took care of everything for me. I had driven to Highline to look at the car I was interested in purchasing. Took a test drive, went back to the office, made the deal and Highline did the rest. I live out of state so they prepared all of the transfer paperwork that I needed. Since I was by myself I couldn't drive the vehicle home so they even arranged for the car to be delivered to my home. The car was delivered with no problems. So, if you are considering a high quality, low mileage, well maintained used vehicle, consider Warrenton Highline. Well worth the trip. More

Surprised me on pickup with a new set of BMW floor mats! And genuinely friendly throughout it all. We purchased a 1992 Lexus from Warrenton Highline. Jimmy, the owner, is a fast-talking guy, and is there to make a sale. His son Tony is a bit more laid back. The car came with a CarFax, although not with se the owner, is a fast-talking guy, and is there to make a sale. His son Tony is a bit more laid back. The car came with a CarFax, although not with service records and the owners manual. When we purchased our car, we knew it was a good deal, but not a perfect deal. We knew the A/C was not working and I could smell something hot coming from under the car. But we went ahead and bought the car. Jimmy told us he would get the car inspected and we could pick it up the next day. Jimmy called me and reported that the car had a major issue with the power steering rack (according to the mechanic) and he gave me the option of walking away from the deal right then. He also said that if we wanted to keep the car, he would put $300 towards it and get the part wholesale. I have to admit I was skeptical that when it came time to fix the car he would remember the promise. He did. Warrenton Highline treated us in a professional, respectful, ADULT way. He gave us the facts and instead of holding our hands to help us decide what to do, he listed them and then stepped back. Yes, we had to put nearly $1000 into a car we just bought, but we also bought it with our eyes open and aware of the facts. Jimmy is a businessman, not a counselour, not a negotiator. He isn't there to help you make up your mind. If you want someone warm and fuzzy, this is not your place. But if you want someone to tell you the facts and stand by his word, then this is your spot More
