David went to get the keys to the M35x and went for a test drive. He told me all the info on the car while we was driving and I was impressed. the car was awesome, just like David. I met Mike the GM he was also cool. He even help me get financed do to a lil mishap on my end. I was very pleased with these guys. And I love my new ride. I haven’t bought a car in over a decade and have always hated go I just bought a used car from Highline and was very pleased with the entire process. I haven’t bought a car in over a decade and have always hated going on car lots and working with dealers. This was a pleasant surprise! We had been searching for a specific Mercedes for several weeks. Highline is a 2-1/2 hour drive from our house but their web-site was comprehensive and made us comfortable feeling that we wouldn’t be wasting our time making that drive to see the car. In addition to a very detailed description, they had a video showing all aspects of the car plus numerous photos at every angle possible. I must say that their web-site is far above the quality of any other dealer site that I’ve seen. They even had live chat available so that you could talk to someone there about the car at any time. We made an appointment and the car was ready when we got there. Upon seeing the car, everything matched what they showed and the price was very good in comparison to what we had been looking at previously. The employees were all very nice and easy to work with – no pressure and very informative. There was no haggle so we paid the asking price and were done in ½ hour with all paperwork. I’ve been driving the car for a week now and love it! More

I am from Ohio and have never purchased a vehicle out of state before, but they made the process very very easy. I did the loan application over the phone, they sent the documents to me to sign, they picked me up at the airport right on time. Once at the dealership and I looked over the car, It took all of about 5 mins to complete the transaction. It was so fast and easy it seemed as if i was missing something. They even took care of getting my Hard plates and registration for me. Over all I was extremely pleased with the people, the car and the buying process. They have beautiful cars and they are priced very well. More
