This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from Warner KIA to anyone. The salesman (Kevin Offenberger) and finance manager (Bryce Warner) were so disr I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from Warner KIA to anyone. The salesman (Kevin Offenberger) and finance manager (Bryce Warner) were so disrespectful. I’m not sure if this was because I was a female or because I asked simple questions about gap insurance. Both walked out of the office while I was speaking. I’ve had issues with my vehicle and tried to reach out to Kevin via text and phone calls which he won’t return. Do not buy from Warner KIA! More
