We purchased our 2015 Sorrento from Warner and had been happy with the car and the dealership until recently. I brought the car in for service regarding a warning light (electronic stability system) before happy with the car and the dealership until recently. Service was unable to fix the problem but said to bring the car back when the warning light was on. I did bring the car back and it was fixed but I had to pay for the repairs because they took place after the 60000 mile warranty. Neither the dealership nor Kia Motors would honor the warranty. More

Treated like a child I went here looking to trade in my car and get an SUV. I told the salesman I wanted to look at AWD Sorentos, and after seeing a few I found one I lik I went here looking to trade in my car and get an SUV. I told the salesman I wanted to look at AWD Sorentos, and after seeing a few I found one I liked and test drove it. We went to his office and went over price, etc. They offered me an insultingly low price for my car, but when it came down to the price of theirs they were firm (a few thousand over NADA price, a few thousand more than other dealers), even after I saw on the Carfax this vehicle was a 2WD Suv, and not AWD like they had told me and were pricing it as. I told them I wasn't interested at the current price which is when the owner came and talked to me very rudely and condescendingly telling me that I was cheating them by trying to get a lower price and maybe I can't afford this car, so how about I lease one, ETC. I have never been treated so rudely at a dealership before and will not return. More

they changed tires to see if that was the cause of a vibration. when I went back to have my tires put back on, they put old tires on and a wheel that was scuffed and scratched. they did put new tires on vibration. when I went back to have my tires put back on, they put old tires on and a wheel that was scuffed and scratched. they did put new tires on after I proved what they had done but not without some argument took vehicle back for recall for stoplight switch and they put on work order to have other things done that would have cost me. I caught it and had them take the extra item off the work order. would not trust their service department for any repairs not covered by warranty. More
