Very good experience Buying a new car for me is like pulling teeth. When I lurched my F250 last year I ended up yelling at the salesman and manager. Which is why I didn't return when buying a new mustang. I decided to try Wareham Ford. The dealership is very small by today's standards (which was a welcome surprise). I was treated kindly and with respect by Serena and all involved. Those Maga-dealers need to take lessons. More

They could not fix my vehicle after numerous attempts then refused to buy the vehicle back from me when I asked nicely that they do so. Bottom line, I would never recommend this place to anyone and in fact I will be telling everyone I know and even people I don't know, DON'T EVER GO TO WAREHAM FORD!!! More
Best car experience I searched several ford dealers to get a custom ordered f350. I found two other ford dealers that where more interested in putting me in somthing on t I searched several ford dealers to get a custom ordered f350. I found two other ford dealers that where more interested in putting me in somthing on their lot instead of what I really wanted. I emailed Craig at wareham ford he got me a price within hrs, I then went into the dealership where I was set up with Jim who worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted. Jim also helped me get a plow set up and lights that I wanted and had everything figured out including financing so we could order truck the next day. If you want an honest car dealership and salesmen look no further than Jim at wareham ford thank Jim Steve Murphy More
Worst customer service experience of my life. I ran around in circles finding all the appropriate paperwork etc. to apply for financing ( which was difficult because I have no vehicle at the moment and around in circles finding all the appropriate paperwork etc. to apply for financing ( which was difficult because I have no vehicle at the moment and had to arrange rides etc.) and was told I would be meeting with the salesman between 10a-12p to apply for financing the next day. 12:20 rolls around and I still have not gotten a phone call. I called Jim, who made many excuses as to why he was too busy to call me, and he said he would call me in the next hour and let me know when to come in. Over an hour and a half later he called back, giving the same excuses, and told me the vehicle I was interested in had been sold. I would not be bitter about this if MY WHOLE DAY OFF had not been WASTED waiting for a phone call to let me know what was going on. He also did not record any of the numbers I gave him correctly (what I could put down on the vehicle, my income etc) . Very disorganized and possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. More
