JR Rodriguez was an excellent service rep. He never pressured me and made me feel comfortable in all aspects. He gave me pricing and let me choose what I felt needed to be serviced on my car. Anna took care of a car rental fast and easy so I could go run errands while my car was being serviced but the service was so fast and efficient I didn’t have much time to do anything. I was very pleased with the service advisor Oscar Medina, and the service on the car. Oscar was very professional, and I enjoyed speaking with him as I too am from the automotive background for over 40 years and the service on the car.
