Walter's online prices were very competitive in comparison to other dealers. Email to the dealership was answered quickly by Michael Bousa. He offered to have us met at the dealership by the staff to view the cars we were interested in. When at the dealership, we were quickly met and directed to Kenneth Hotchkiss. The choice of car was made to our satisfaction. The last step was to finalize the finance documents. Mr. Kevin Bolden assisted with this. It was done quickly. Mr. Hotchkiss and Mr. Bolden answered all our questions. The staff was very personable, knowledgeable about the car's features, and did not pressure us to make a purchase, which was refreshing. I would recommend others to consider Walter's for their car purchase. More
