Excellent experience, with one exception I purchased a Fiat 500 Turbo from Walter's Fiat last weekend. Joey Guerrero (sales specialist) and Joe Avalos (assistant sales manager) were excellent I purchased a Fiat 500 Turbo from Walter's Fiat last weekend. Joey Guerrero (sales specialist) and Joe Avalos (assistant sales manager) were excellent! They were both honest and made my purchase experience quick and easy. My only complaint is with the delivery experience...the engine compartment and engine were filthy and one of the body side moldings was slightly separated from the body. Of course I didn't notice these things until I got home. I don't believe this reflects badly on Joey or Joe, but does reflect badly on the dealership. The car delivery experience is just as important as the sales and financing aspect. That said, I would still recommend Walters because of the sales experience and I've heard their service reputation is excellent. You can't go wrong with Joey Guerrero or Joe Avalos! More

Customer service I went in looking for a specific car and chase Harvey was awesome he helped so much and when it was busy and we were waiting for the finalizing he sat I went in looking for a specific car and chase Harvey was awesome he helped so much and when it was busy and we were waiting for the finalizing he sat with us and we made a connection as employee and customer which doesn't happen alot. I enjoyed my visits even though my 1 yr old just wanted to walk the whole showroom they didn't seem to mind they actually gave my son some attention. Very satisfied from beginning to end. More
