Since we cant tell who you are exactly are based on your username would it be possible to obtain the last 8 of the VIN number to look up your account. Once we have that we are going to research this heavily and see if we cant come to a resolution for you.

Sure, 7W523071 The resolve would be, the Dealership to Honor the letter sent by previous Jeep Corp ownership acknowledging the faulty clip and regulator system, and not hide behind corporate ownership change, as us Jeep owners suspect. Thank you

Thank you. We will get to researching this for you. I want you to know that we are in no way associated with either of the two franchises that were here prior to Joe Usry purchasing the Franchise in late 2010. He did bring back a few of the previous employees that worked here at the times it was North Jackson Dodge and Action CJD. So for you and all your Jeep friends we are in no way responsible for any of the actions done before our administration took office. We have ran into several instances where customers were left unhappy but those unhappy customers eventually got the best of them when Chrysler ordered the doors closed. We (Joe Usry CJDR) are a very customer oriented company becuase we realize that without you we would not be here. Let us research your VIN and we will get back to you with a response tomorrow.

Thank you, I was referencing Jeep corporate ownership change, Dailmer-Chrysler to Fiat.Changes on either level mean little to customers holding written documents acknowledging fault, and solution measures not taken by either local or corporate. I do acknowledge your quick response as a customer service improvement, as well as expecting your dealerships final response to be controlled by Jeep corporate policies. Their policy will be to try and distinguish between Clips and Regulators, I suspect due to lack of Fiat liability.
