I have been a customer ever since they opened up in Lucedale. Employee training seems to be getting better instead of going downhill like many other businesses. More

The service consultants, Amy, Bobby, and Wend My 2018 Sierra 2500 HD Denali had an intermittent minor electronic problem with the park assist feature. The service consultants, Amy, Bobby, and Wendy were all most helpful and as usual, were both polite and professional. When the problem required the assistance of the senior service tech, Phillip dove right in and stayed with the problem until the vehicle was operating properly in all respects. The entire service crew at Walt Massey pitched in to see that my issue was properly and promptly addressed. They are all sterling examples of the "team concept" in action. I never hesitate to tell my friends and acquaintances about the level of superior service I continue to receive from this fine organization. I truly appreciate the level of concern and attention to detail they continue to provide me. Please pass my "Job well done again!" on to them. More
