My experiences the past few months I have spent a lot of time and money at Walt Massey and I consider myself a loyal customer. I Doubt my review changes anything but here it goes. I have watched loyal hard working employees get over looked for jobs and promotions. You would rather hire a stranger from somewhere else that seems to care less about whether or not I had a concern about my vehicle, as always I can depend on Wendy or Amy. Service advisors that have been there for any length of time should not have to give up there desk for someone that’s trying to learn the ropes of owning a car dealership. If that’s the case maybe they should start changing oil and learning the value of hard work and employee appreciation. I get more phone calls from y’all in the past week than I have from the average telemarketer. The last one was from a Jackson ms number and that’s definitely not gonna make me answer. The internet department can't keep up with what work I have had done or what recalls have been fixed instead they blame it on updates from on star. I still get phone calls from them asking about vehicles I no longer own and have repeatedly told them. Value the employees you have that go the extra mile for your customers instead of the ones that are there just for a Pay check. It makes a difference More

A Disney Trip Salvaged We were on School Theatre trip with another family when we started having transmission problems.(The current transmission had just been replaced) T We were on School Theatre trip with another family when we started having transmission problems.(The current transmission had just been replaced) The transmission shop told us to go to the nearest shop and fortunately for us it was Walt-Massey. They worked to get us in quickly even with a full service bay. After diagnosing the transmission, the owner of the vehicle opted to have them replace it. Far from home with no one local to help, Wendy arranged a ride for us to the local rental car location. It may seem like no big deal, but the polite and courteous atmosphere and willingness to help, salvaged what could have been a Disney trip cut short. More

Routine maintenance Interval with tire rotation Was greeted in a professional manner on arriving without an appointment and immediately advised that my vechicle would be serviced promptly. Appreciat Was greeted in a professional manner on arriving without an appointment and immediately advised that my vechicle would be serviced promptly. Appreciate that because I live on the Coast and don’t come to Lucedale often. Great attitude by all that I encountered. Will recommend this Dealership and personnel to anyone. More

Sold product that was known to be defective Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeare Bought a 2108 Silverado that ‘the dealership” installed large tires and rims on. Salesman said it rubbed when turning. When I looked at it, it appeared to rub the inside wheel well. No problem I said that’s an easy fix. After I fixed that, it still rubbed. So I jacked it up and looked underneath. The oversized tires rubbed the sway arms. Not good!! Of course, even though the truck is still under warranty, I bought it “as is”...So service doesn’t matter. Not a good way to treat paying customers. More
