Staff was very courteous and efficient! I had an oil change for 2:30. I came an hour early to look at a vehicle for my daughter. I waited for just a few minutes, looked at the car that I was I had an oil change for 2:30. I came an hour early to look at a vehicle for my daughter. Took 4 Days to Replace Leather Seat I purchased a used 2017 Truck with an agreement in writing that the leather seat, that had a tear, would be replaced. The Salesman called and got the I purchased a used 2017 Truck with an agreement in writing that the leather seat, that had a tear, would be replaced. The Salesman called and got the approval from the service center. I called 2 weeks in advance and scheduled an appointment to have the seat replaced and some service work on my wife's traverse. I dropped my truck off 8am on a Thursday morning along with my wife's traverse. After not hearing anything I called at 4pm and was told my wife's traverse was ready but my truck wouldn't be ready till Friday so I picked up my wife's vehicle. I get a call Friday at 2pm telling me that they still haven't gotten to my truck and that it wouldn't be ready till Monday. I was told this is because the man who approved the seat replacement was no longer there and they had to wait on approval from someone else even though I have in writing that they would replace the seat. I was told that this was a 3 or 4 hour job and it took 4 days to get the work done. I will say that Amy was very nice and they did offer me a loaner vehicle and my wife's car was ready in an appropriate amount of time for this reason I am willing to give them another chance. However my truck should have been completed the Thursday I brought it in. More
