We were greatly pleased that a visitor from Michigan was quickly accommodated by the service department. Our vehicle was returned, not only washed, but the inside was wiped and cleaner than it had been sin quickly accommodated by the service department. The serivce department was absolutely horrible. My car was there for just under a month because they sold me a broken car. The employees would say they would reach out with updates on what is wrong My car was there for just under a month because they sold me a broken car. The employees would say they would reach out with updates on what is wrong with my car, never got an update until I reached out and when they would give me an update they would blatantly lie to me and give me the wrong information. I dealt with terrible customer service from the very day after I purchased my vehicle. It took almost a month of horrible service to finally get to talk to a GM, and I was the one who had to go through multiple people to finally get my issues resolved. Needless to say I will never be purchasing a car from here again or bringing my car back into the service department. Aside from service the salesman Phuoc that sold me the car was phenomenal and very helpful! More
