We’ve been receiving excellent service since buying our Outback from this dealership. My only negative was not catching that we were having inner tire wear, which forced us to buy new tire much earlier tha Outback from this dealership. The multipoint inspection should have caught the wear and we could have gotten an alignment for a lot less than new set of tires. Osica, our sales person was easy to deal with and didn't apply any high pressure tactics. We bought a used, non-Subaru car and we were given all the time we needed to look the car over and review the items apply any high pressure tactics.
