Scheduling service for an electric vehicle was a bit confusing since the service options focused on gas-powered automobiles. I did not need an oil change! The service took a long time but your facilities allowed for a comfortable waiting experience. Other than the fact that when I drove away, I kept hearing a loud beeping noise. I drove around the block and had to return to the service center. When getting out of the car, I noticed that the technical left a device attached to my car and that is what was alerting. Not a big deal, just glad I didn't drive too far. More

was told via voicemail our battery and starter were covered under warranty. when our nanny picked up the vehicle, there was a $400 charge for the battery. she shared the voicemail and the cashier was v covered under warranty. when our nanny picked up the vehicle, there was a $400 charge for the battery. she shared the voicemail and the cashier was visibly uncomfortable, given he left the message. he went to talk to the manager and returned stating "if they don't want to pay for it, we'll put the old (dysfunctional) battery back in their car". i will not purchase from this dealer again and will advise others against doing so.
