I enquired online about a pre-owned vehicle here at this dealership. Kyle Nichols was assigned to my lead, and initially he responded pretty quickly. I got some of the information I was looking for, but I repeatedly had to ask for a video walkaround of the car, and it took days to get that back. Eventually I got the video the day that I planned to go in. I went in to take a test drive of the vehicle, and while I really liked it, it had an electrical issue which I wanted fixed. He said he'd check it into service, which is about what I'd expect. Now it's been over a week later, and after asking for updates I have received no response. I'm pretty annoyed at this whole experience - it's one of the worst I've ever had, even for an experience that was mostly online. I imagine this dealership is full of "pandemic salespeople" who are used to the last few years of car sales where they can just sit back and let the leads come to them. I liked the car I asked about, but I don't want to give this place my business when it feels like I'm pulling teeth to get an answer. I'm more than willing to give them another chance in the future, but the experience needs to be much better than this. More
