I understand that (stuff happens), but I need to say that not everyone (especially those trying to read, work, or use personal devices) enjoys your choice of music. For me, being involuntarily subjected to it for 5 hours was torturous. Since everyone in the lounge had a phone, iPad, or laptop, I suspect that most or all of them would have preferred their own choice of entertainment, rather than yours. Service is great as usual but taking longer than before, but it is understandable because dealership is still with the construction on the new building. As the owner of a Walser Hyundai which was stolen due to safety / security system defects, I was pleased to see the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul along with the MN Attorney General demand that Hyundai safety / security system defects, I was pleased to see the mayors of Minneapolis and St. Paul along with the MN Attorney General demand that Hyundai do the right thing and recall cars to have those defects corrected at no charge. This has been a scandal for Hyundai (and Kia). Thousands of cars stolen in the Twin Cities alone! Even though my car was recovered I lost all my personal items in the car and paid a $1K deductible. This local dealership has not been helpful. When I called to speak to a manger about a potential recall to fix the security system defect, he "played dumb", claiming not to know about the situation. That isn't honest or credible, which reflects poorly on this dealership. More
