Got off to a bad start with a young new sales person who seemed unsure of the facts. I understand that everyone has to learn, but when you’re buying a $50,000+ vehicle you expect knowledgeable help. So the next day I asked a manager (Courtney) to re-assign us to a veteran sales person and we were off and running with Rhett’s help. He was the most well-informed car sales person we’ve ever dealt with in 50 years of car buying. The detailing work on our new car as we drove off the lot left something to be desired. The inside of our windshield was so dirty it was hard to see in the sunlight. Earlier, after a test drive, when I realized I’d probably left a folder in the test car (which was about to be sold), we looked everywhere to find it. It turns out that after our drive the car went to detailing and whoever found my folder put it in the glove compartment without telling anyone! That delay and some other snafus resulted in us being in the dealership for more than 5.5 hours in order to close the deal! Nonetheless, overall, the service from Courtney and Rhett - 5 stars for both - was outstanding and outshined any of the bumps along the way. More

Great service provided by Mosses, very courteous, on top of matters and provided updates throughout the service time. I always also check in with Frank when I am there and he also makes sure my visits ar of matters and provided updates throughout the service time.
