First, I called about an avalon. Was accepted for financing and then a"mixup" and sold to someone else. Then came back the finance firm wouldn't do the deal without an extended warranty. After finding out from that firm and the walser group it wasn't true we decided to end the extended warrantee. The car is ok. Not like an avalon though. More
They did not put oil cap on my vehicle, drove vehicle to discover this where it smelled like something was burning. I then had to drive my vehicle back to the dealership and wait for everything to be fixed. discover this where it smelled like something was burning. On top of all that I never got an oil change sticker reminder for my vehicle. More
