After back and forth, i eventually called again to find out it was ready to be picked up (at 4pm) next day from when i dropped it off. More issues with service manager, very condescending and zero customer service. Also left the general manager a voicemail today looking to discuss more. Should also mention I’m dealing with a charge (unrelated to this) from Carl, the previous service rep who didn’t check my warranty… done typing for now, but I have more to say More

Car got dropped off here to get an engine replaced. But when I got my car back they tore my license plate off and plastic wrap underneath my car. i bought my truck from them in February 2024 , got a 2 year extended warranty i should turned away when my dad had asked a question about the tire noise and the sales guy snapped and said “ its used car year extended warranty i should turned away when my dad had asked a question about the tire noise and the sales guy snapped and said “ its used car what more do you expect ? “. But dumbly me bought it anyway. issues started two months later when i brought my truck in for wear on the outer tires. (mind you they told me they were brand new tires) sooo comes back i need alignment, i said dont you typically do that when you put tires on. and the service guy laughed at me said l guess we forgot, so i needed new tires and an alignment that i was responsible for cause i drove it off the lot. Now i brought it in for no heat. and mind you i live with 3 mechanics so before i even step foot in the place i know whats wrong but thats where my warranty says i have to bring my vehicle , well back to the heat. first week days “ oh theres heat , but your leaking fluid but i cant find where “. You need a serpentine belt and battery cleaning . so then week two i come in get belt fixed and battery cleaning. and this time its not leaking , k cool. tell them to fix the pulley while were at it. ( was not done ,battery wasnt even touched but pocketed my money ). so go home day later leaking antifreeze all over the drive way. i bring it back do the inspection , i show them them they did NOT touch the battery. and guess what. theres a leak 😂 so i lost it. probably not correct but i did , i asked them for the manager. they refused. i told them that they lied to me and they played games and they never touched my car , their excuse was “ theres people who love their job , && theres ones who show you got pay check, guess you just got someone who showed up for paycheck “. k so still cant talk to manager. i need 1200 dollars worth hoses to fix my heat. that wasnt covered under warranty. mind you my issuse wasnt nothing covered under warranty it was the lies and disrespect, so i couldnt drop it. i tried to call corporate and they told me “ this is private owned even though our name is on it , nothing we can do “. so i went to the dealership next day and refused to leave until i talked to manager , mind you yes service manager was super nice delt with listened to me about my concerns, also told him i tried calling but you sit on hold for hours he said “ yeah goes to a call center before gets here “. ( i tested that theory watched the phone ring staff was just worried about playing on their phones) but he was gonna have them fix my truck. 😂. well the heat in my truck only works in the front , said they had to cut the back off . so bring my truck back in 2 months later. all i smell is gas and tranny slipping , so i dropped if off and jokinly told the guy buy it back from me its nothing but bad luck. he says okay ill have sales. well sales texts me few hours later says my trucks in high demand offers me 3 grand for it i said noooo, i owe way to much on it , he said okay 4. i said noooo thanks . well anyway service then calls me . your tranny is not slipping we suggest 800 dollar tranny flush , and you need pulley but the pulley might be under warranty so let me call them , 5 hours later they call to tell me that my warranty expired 200 miles ago. i said what you mean i bought a 3000 dollar warranty for 2 years. nooo you didnt they tell me. but now my tranny is slipping ( weird now my warranty is expired its slipping) so i tell them not to touch it ill pick it up the next day. next day rolls around 8 am another service guy calls me , i told him the issue. i was having and he said what , i told him about the guy texting me about selling it he says “ yeah we send that to everyone “ said okay , he tells me he drove my truck and its slipping in 2/3 but no lights on and he drove it around the block, ( first it’s not slipping, it’s then it is , then its only in 2-3 ) now asked me about my truck and then goes “ you really need suv” i said yes , i transport alot neices nephews “ “ More
