It’s been exactly one week since I dropped off my Chrysler 300 and I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding a diagnosis. The service advisor, Adrian, has been slow to respond and I’m the one Chrysler 300 and I have yet to hear from the dealership regarding a diagnosis. The service advisor, Adrian, has been slow to respond and I’m the one typically following up for an update. I’ve expressed my concern about unexpectedly being without a vehicle for seven days. As a result, I’ve had to rely on rideshare services, which has significantly increased my out-of-pocket expenses. Unfortunately, the only response I received was that no loaner vehicles were available and that I would be contacted if one became available. What’s most frustrating is the clear lack of understanding, urgency, and transparency throughout this process. When I dropped off my vehicle last week, I even offered to test drive it with a technician to help pinpoint the issue, but Adrian assured me it wasn’t necessary. Now, as I write this review, I still haven’t received an update on my car. I’m extremely disappointed with the overall lack of professionalism and communication. This experience More
