I was told it would be 1 and 1/2 hour - I think it was actually 3 hours - But the great thing was - I was so comfortable!! I read my book, had a couple snacks - took a nap - had some popcorn - read my book some more- it was so relaxing I didn't even notice how long it took! Then this kind young lady told me my car was done and actually walked me to my car ... and showed me how to reset my clock - yippee - what a great experience - totally love Walser??. Great Customer Service!!! So hard to find these days! Thank You All so Much kb More

1 - Unhappy with substantial charge for 'diagnostics' on a known issue, where all I was asking is to check if the part had been ever replaced or if it was still the original (OEM) part. I know I agreed to the charge when the Liberty was dropped off on 1/4, but the steep charge for what was being requested was still surprising. 2 - No initial timeline for repairs was provided with repair estimate. It would have been nice to know when making the decision for the repair how long we would be without the Liberty. 3 - Question of 'what is the implications/risks/impacts of the 'outer shaft' issue?' was never answered. When deciding to perform optional repairs, it would be nice to know the risk of not performing the repairs. 4 - Service quality is lower than prior work, lack of car wash was surprising. It is a small item, but I used to feel like I was getting 'premium service' when bringing the Liberty to your dealership, but not this time. More
