After the inspection, the technician recommended repairs and asked if I wanted to move forward with them. He was unaware that I had an extended warranty and when I asked if these repairs were covered under and asked if I wanted to move forward with them. He was unaware that I had an extended warranty and when I asked if these repairs were covered under the warranty, he said that they would have to confirm the initial diagnostic. Apparently, it was necessary to confirm everything when he thought I was paying out of pocket. After the second inspection, he deemed that some of the recommended repairs were actually not necessary which I suspect he knew all along. Recommending thousands of dollars worth of repairs is unethical and a serious breach of trust. I will not be returning. More

I came in for just an oil change, and they said I needed my brake fluid flushed also. This ended up taking 5 hours and 15 minutes. Then I was told it would be done at 1 o’clock so I had my kids dropped off there because my wife had to go an appointment. I didn’t end up leaving there until 3:15. I thought offering a discount would’ve been appropriate because of how long it took, but it was not offered. The representative I was dealing with was polite and apologetic, however. More
