Brought in for recall warranty and oil change. They either did not change the oil or they forgot to reset modes. 12 weeks later the maintenance mode cam on again. Also defective strut was ordered several months ago and they never called to replace. When brought in for recall they don’t know what happened. Unlike other Walser services for my Toyota or Honda. Easy to schedule an oil change, the work is done in a timely fashion and they check all the fluids, the tires, the undercarriage and all that involves. It took two attempts to fix the problem. I don’t think a test drive happened after the first attempt as the problem was very noticeable.
