Long wait, no follow through, poor experience every time I have been there. Made an express appt that took nearly two hours. Have to wait 5-6 weeks for an appt for anything other than routine maintenance. I have been there. Made an express appt that took nearly two hours. My sales experience was good, but regret purchasing prepaid oil changes and extended warranty. Plan to cancel and take my service needs at another Jeep dealer. More

The service was good, BUT they ordered a part for us and never called us when it came in, I had to follow-up and call the service department.
