We’ve had many issues with this service center. It started when we first purchased our vehicle there and they kept it for 3 weeks waiting on a part to fix our cubby with cup holder in it. They did It started when we first purchased our vehicle there and they kept it for 3 weeks waiting on a part to fix our cubby with cup holder in it. They did not fix the cubby at all and were just waiting on the cup holder insert. Not sure why they needed to keep it for 3 weeks waiting for a cup holder insert. The nice thing then was they had a lender vehicle for us to use during. Since then, they’ve got rid of that and expect you to be without a vehicle for the amount of time it takes to fix. When my car broke down and needed a repair, we were told it would be a month before the next opening. How are we supposed to go a month without a vehicle? We need to get it fixed there as it’s part of our vehicle warranty program we purchased. We have received numerous questions and calls about how we are feeling about the service. We told them about the issues we’ve had and some more things that aren’t working or weren’t fixed when they told us they were, and they said they will have someone contact us to schedule an appointment for us to get these resolved. We have not heard a response yet. That was months ago. That has also happened multiple times. Communication and reliability are just not there for you guys. We have been extremely disappointed in the service and when we were looking at upgrading our other vehicle earlier this summer, we discussed that your location was not an option due to these issues and not wanting that carried over to the other vehicle as well. I would appreciate a return call with ability to schedule some fixes and to address our concerns to try to save this relationship for future purposes. Thanks More
