Walser Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM - Service Center

I have been loyal to this dealership since 2016. Every oil change every tire rotation I’ve always come to Walzer in Hopkins Minnesota. I came in for a software update and upon completion and when I Every oil change every tire rotation I’ve always come to Walzer in Hopkins Minnesota. I came in for a software update and upon completion and when I was going to pay for the invoice I questioned the bill because it was more than what I thought and they told me that they did a diagnostic test which I was told they could not do that would be a separate appointment. The employee handed it off to another employee which then saw no we did not do a diagnostic test that was removed. I paid the bill and then I proceeded to ask to see in my vehicle software had been updated to the new version. Once the employee pulled it up we could see it was still the old version nothing had been updated. Went back to the service desk questioned if the software was updated it was not confirmed or denied. Completely unacceptable customer service. We did ask for the general manager to call us never got a call back. More

Brought it in after another dealer said it was an egr valve leak in cylinder 6 .they couldn't get the warrenty fixed because of the walser extended warranty loophole. They didn't fully tighten a valve and had to bring to back into the shop. More

This dealership was absolutely terrible with communication and just general knowledge of the brand of cars that they sell. Bringing a Chrysler to a Chrysler dealership should bring peace of mind communication and just general knowledge of the brand of cars that they sell. It’s typical you come in check your car in and they tell you the wait time. But this time they could not find my appointment and when they did, it was under someone else's name...... my wait time was suppos you the wait time. I ended up sitting for an hour and 45 minutes then a different service representative inform me about tires, air filter and brakes. And would I like any of that done I said yes just the air filter and the brake thing. Then that took an additional hour and a half and I sat in that establishment for three hours total I have never experienced such xx from walser. Was a little upset, but life goes on More

Both of my brake lights stopped working and over 10 weeks later finally fixed. Had to talk to a manager after 3 weeks to get a loaner. Poor communication from person at the service department.
