We had good experiences with other Walser dealer, so when we decided we were in the market for a used Yukon, the Walser GMC dealer seemed like an obvious choice. Our experience started out great, friendly greeting, all access to sales persons, etc. Our first stop in at the dealership, we agreed on a out-the-door price on the car. We had multiple phone conversations with the sales person confirming the sales price, after leaving the dealership. Two days later we arrive to sign the paper work and purchase the car. It was then noted that the price had increased $2,500. They claimed it was due to a difference in the trade, but they had agreed to a sight-unseen trade for a specified dollar amount. At that time they also showed us the car fax that they had claimed to have been a clean report. This car fax was not clear at all. This vehicle had been in an accident. They completely wasted our time. More
I was able to get good information about the vehicles I was looking for, plus talk to several people about the purchase. I thought the no haggle option worked best for our family. There was no pressure was looking for, plus talk to several people about the purchase. I thought the no haggle option worked best for our family. There was no pressure to buy & got great service through out the purchase. It worked out good! More
I was impressed with the sales team when I purchased my used vehicle - they were friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, 6 weeks after I purchased my 2008 Saturn the "Service AWD" and "Service Airbag" li used vehicle - they were friendly and easy to work with. HOWEVER, 6 weeks after I purchased my 2008 Saturn the "Service AWD" and "Service Airbag" lights came on. I immediately took it in to Walser - expecting, since they pride themselves on customer service, that the diagnostic fee would be waived. (6 WEEKS! ONE Payment!) That was not the case. In fact, the arrogant attitude I recieved on the sales floor when I approached them on the subject has convinced me to never, ever buy a car there again. I realize that purchasing a used car entails risk, but to charge the $140 diagnostic fee when a customer hasn't even had the car long enough to make 2 payments is really ridiculous. ("I don't know what you've done to the car since you bought it") I wasn't asking for it to be fixed for free - just that the diagnostic fee be waived. Terrible customer service. More
I have been bring my cars to Walser for years, but wanted to mention the last visit due to the situation. I had mentioned a rattle that would happen at times during previous visits for oil changes and normal to mention the last visit due to the situation. I had mentioned a rattle that would happen at times during previous visits for oil changes and normal service, but the issue would never show up when I was there. In my description of the problem the service guys couldn't make the issue show up either. Fast forward to the fall it finally was doing it during a scheduled service visit. They were able to get it figured out and get it fixed, but I had fallen out of warranty. Since I had been in for the problem prior (while under warranty) they spoke to GM and I was able to get it fixed for free! I have always felt like I am treated fairly when I am there for service and when purchasing More
By far the best dealership experience I have ever had, and they have made me a customer for life. The staff was honest and went out of their way on multiple occasions, both by staying late to answer quest and they have made me a customer for life. The staff was honest and went out of their way on multiple occasions, both by staying late to answer questions and to give me an amazing trade in deal. They aren't forceful like some sales people, and they weren't arrogant. Instead, they worked with me to find the best price on a new vehicle and to make sure I had everything I was looking for in a vehicle. I compared prices with other dealerships, and no one comes close to them. No games, just honest and straight forward. Even after my purchase, they have been excellent in checking to see if there is anything else they can do. More

This Walser service dept. is inexperienced & arrogant.I went through 9+ months of living hell trying to resolve a sudden aceleration issue on a brand new GMC truck."Dont worry your brakes are stronger than went through 9+ months of living hell trying to resolve a sudden aceleration issue on a brand new GMC truck."Dont worry your brakes are stronger than your engine" is not a solution! I didnt let up, I was scared, the truck had 4,000 miles on it & "surged" I couldnt fix it myself or I would have voided my warranty, not an option at 4,000 miles. The Walser service dept would just as soon get rid of you, make you "go away" by frustrating you, I didnt let up, I couldnt, this was a safty issue not a broken knob in the interior. I have never felt so powerless & wronged in my life. The utter lack of empathy & humanness was appalling & so very wrong. I dont want this to come across as a disgruntled customer bashing a business, I am just as quick to write a positive testimonial. The Walser service dept & dealership as a whole is only concerned with the sale, you are a number not a customer & "service" doesnt exist in the service dept. I was reasonable throughout the process, they ended up making me out to be the "problem" & to this day continue to deny me service, ignoring a problem doesnt make it go away! Take it to another dealership you say, tried, they dont want to deal with another dealerships problem,I dont blame them, this leaves you the consumer left powerless & basically without a warranty. Hind sight is 20/20, my intention is to help my fellow consumer avoid the living hell I went through, you've been fore warned, please avoid the Walser dealerships at all cost. Thank you for listening, good luck! More
