I would just like to Thank Ken Nahl for taking such good care of me, Before,During, AND After my car buying experience. Ken is personable, down to earth type of guy - NOT like a lot of the salespeople I have dealt with. What I really liked, is that he listened, and acted on what I had to say. Even a couple months after the sale, I have questions, I drop him an email, and he returns it promptly with the answer to my question. Matthew Kowalski and Jordan were great to work with at the Walser in Roseville. They helped me go on numerous test drives before settling on a vehicle . . . which I then returned the next day. One thing I hope management would take a look at is possibly adding a second person on each shift that can handle the financing and paperwork, as my wait to sign was very long. More

(he did not try to over sell him a car) All in all the finance went well also. They processed our paperwork fairly fast, and we were on our way. This was my son's first experience purchasing a car from a dealership, and also his first finance experience. I thought that this was a good first experience for him. He was very nervous and worried, and has not been since the entire process was completed. I would consider purchasing from Walser again. More

I worked with much of the Walser team, and couldn't be happier with the results. I do not live in the area anymore, but the car I wanted was at this dealership. Our experience at Walser with Alex was great! We were looking for a used SUV and had not purchased a vehicle in 14 yrs. When we had decided it was time to buy we went to a few dealers and found they just wanted a sale and were pushy and borderline rude! Then we went to Walser and were looking around the lot and Alex approached us. He was very pleasant and patient. He explained everything about the dealership and how things work. He worked with us until we decided to buy a GMC Acadia. He took countless hours researching, test driving, etc. with our 2 small children along. He was great with them! He made our buying experience very pleasant at Walser. We also order headphones for the DVD and rubber floormats and personally delivered them to our home 2 days after we purchased the Acadia. What service! He also followed up with a letter and phone calls. Thank you Alex for letting our buying experience be a good one. We were very impressed and are very pleased! I love my GMC Acadia!!! The truck we purchased is actually for my boyfriend, but he was working out of town at the time we saw the truck posted online, so I was left in charge. I was a little hesitant since I have never purchased a used vehicle and I don't know anything about trucks. We did our research online and then I set up an appointment with Matthew to come see the truck. It went very smoothly - Mattthew explained the Walser company and process, showed me the truck (which he had washed and parked up front), and then took me for a test drive. The truck ran great, the price was fair, and the online pictures did not even do it justice for how nice of a condition the 11-year-old truck was in! I ended buying the truck that very same day!! Matthew went out of his way to make it an enjoyable experience and even delivered the truck to our house so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to get it home by myself. I would highly recommend Matthew Kowalski and Walser - Roseville to anyone shopping for a vehicle. (And as an added bonus, my boyfriend absolutely loved the truck and was impressed that I handled everything while he was out of town!) More
I have had several years of excellent service on my GMC Envoy from Walser GMC. All the service persons are knowledgeable, responsive and courteous. The service persons I have dealt with are consistently well-trained and professional. I have found their diagnosis and preliminary estimates of required work to be accurate and reliable. All my questions are answered promptly(and I have a lot of questions since I like to know how things work). Service costs seem to be high but are well-documented, well-described/explained and are, I believe, fair and competitive. The mechanical craftsmanship is excellent...I have never had to return my car for corrective or incomplete work. I appreciate the courtesy rides for pick-up and delivery which are very reliable and are on time. The free car wash with service is nice, too. I especially appreciate the effort Walser makes to schedule my auto maintenance service to meet my day/time needs... usually getting in the same day I call. Thanks! Dave Loomis Minneapolis More
So we went up to Walser Buick GMC of Roseville because they had the car we were looking for. We had never dealt with Walser before, but really liked the idea that the price listed is the price you get. Th they had the car we were looking for. We had never dealt with Walser before, but really liked the idea that the price listed is the price you get. There is no haggling or negotiating back and forth. Had we known the hassles we would have to deal with and are still dealing with 3 months later, we would have left the car on the lot. First: We drove all the way up to Roseville to test drive the car and they had “borrowed” it out for the day to an employee. No big deal, we just came back the next day. Second: When we test drove the car it clearly had a loud noise coming from the back tire. Again no big deal, they had agreed to fix it at no cost to us. So I made an appointment for them to fix it one day after work and the dealer set me up an appointment at 4:15pm. When I arrived for the previously scheduled appointment, the guy in service said that the appointment was set for 11:00am that day and there was no way they could fix it now as it would take 3 hours and they closed at 6:00pm. So, irritated and annoyed I set up a different appointment to come up on my day off. Third: When we drove the car off the lot for the first time, they did not have all the “stuff” that normally comes with a car: extra keyphob, owner’s manual for the car, remote start, and navigation system, and the disk for the navigation system so it did not even work. The sales guys told me they would have for me when I returned to get the car fixed. The first time I came to get the car fixed, they did not have it. The second time I came to get the car fixed they still did not have it and actually told me that they lost everything. They told me they would get everything replaced and asked if I would go to a Ford dealership to get the new keyphob cut and they would reimburse me. So I did Fourth: the navigation system does not work without the disk. It took them over 2 months with numerous phone calls and reminders from my husband before we actually got the disk. I believe had we not kept calling them we would never have received it. They actually even LIED to us about the disk. My husband called one day to ask about the status of the disk and Tom told us that they ordered the disk yesterday. A week later with no call from them yet, my husband called them back and they told us that they needed the model number off the navigation system to order the disk. He lied, it was never even ordered. For shame! When I went to get the navigation disk finally after 2 months of hassles I gave them the receipt for $199.00 for they keyphob which they had agreed to reimburse me. Well one month later, we are still waiting for the check. We also never received replacement for any of the owner’s manuals. We never received an apology for the inconvenience. We also never even received a call or letter thanking us for our business and seeing if everything was going well. I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. We learned that Walser sales do not work on commission, so that is why they probably don’t even care if customers are satisfied or not. Betty Ebsen St. Paul Park, MN More
