We spent the next couple weeks test-driving about a dozen other vehicles, and this was still our favorite. I got back in touch with Nick and expressed my desire to buy the vehicle. I'd been given a trade-in appraisal on my car the first time we went in, and in the 2.5 weeks until we went back, my car's value dropped about $1,000. Nick and the GM Jeremie Larson still honored their original trade offer, against their standard policy, because they wanted to earn our business. My wife and I appreciate Nick's great communication and patience - he even responded when I sent him a text message on his day off. We love the vehicle so far and would recommend working with Nick at Walser GMC Buick Roseville. More

This actually was the second car that I purchased from Walser, both of which were used. First car in 2006 was a 2003 chevrolet Impala and the head gaskets went out after about 45 days. With no warranty I only paid about $150 and the rest the dealership handled so that was GREAT! Recently I purchased a 2006 Jeep Commander Limited with only a few dings here and there and barely any miles for the year. Walser's price was actually about $3000 less than the Kelley Blue Book (kbb.com). They offer all types of extras to go along with the great pricing. 22 days after I purchased the Jeep the surpiteen belt went out and the warranty didnt cover that specific part. But Walser also fixed that hassel free and also offered a rental or shuttle while I waited. So Im pretty sure down the line my next car will also be coming from Walser. Oh I dont want to forget the 52 FREE car washes and first few FREE oil changes, I mean who doesnt like FREE. The two sales reps brought the vehicle in from another one of there sister lots that morning as soon as I called about an inquiry and I drove home that night. 5 stars from me!!!! More

i worked with Nick hermann. First off what a friendly guy. From the time my wife spoke to him on the phone he made us feel good about our large purchase. He did not pressure us into anything he simply ga guy. From the time my wife spoke to him on the phone he made us feel good about our large purchase. He did not pressure us into anything he simply gave us the resources we needed to make an educated decision on what car we should get. He gave us advice but at no time did he pressure us to get anything. The manager at the store came out and greeted us after about 30 minutes and took a general interest in our buying experience. Walser closed at 8 but we were allowed there until 8 to get some financing stuff in place. They even let us take the car that we were thinking about getting home for the day to make sure it was right for us. Fantastic experience. Would never go anywhere else. More

His calm and patience, and general openness, was a game-changer for us. We spent about 7 hours w/him (yup!!), and his considerate nature and knowledgeable responsiveness to our concerns is noteworthy--especially since we purchased & concluded our business beyond closing time. Others there (i.e. Steve & Kieran) became included in the transaction process and were also very nice folks to do business with. Also, we recently had our first maintenance/winterizing service done and even folks in that department were very pleasant! So, thanks! & we would encourage anyone to steer your way :) More
Hi, I just had my new Buick serviced and was impressed with the total experience. As I first walk into the customer waiting area I was greeted by Matthew, and had a friendly conversation with him. Shortly after that Andrei (my sales person) came over greeted me, then sat down and inquired about why I was there and if am I still satisfied with the Buick and the total Walser experience. It was nice that not only did they remembered me and my name but that they took time away from their busy day to make sure everything was OK. I just wasn't another sale! Heck, even your finance gentlemen who help to secure the loan recognized me and came over to say hello. I want to thank Andrei personally for all his follow up calls regarding my purchase, helping me with my numerous questions and for helping me with my after market purchases.
