I recently purchased a fourth vehicle from Walser GMC- Roseville. As usual, the experience was great. He was also very patient with the financing, and help provid a fair price on my trade. I will continue to by my business and personal vehicles from Walser. Between Jeff and Steve, things were taken care of quickly, and at the best price I could fine at the time. In the end, I am satisfied that Jeff and Steve put me in the right vehicle given my circumstances at that time. I am very happy with my purchase. I just recently had my car in for service, and was taken care of quickly. They had me back to work by 8:30 a.m., just in time for work. I would certainly recommend Walser GMC, and have to folks that I know. Thanks Jeff, Steve and Walser. Keep up the good work. More

We went into Walser with no intent on buying a new car. In fact, we had just come from the Cadi dealer down the road. But, Alex was wonderful - such a nice man. He was funny, helpful, informative and really seemed to love the products he was selling. He brought our attention to the Impala - and the rest is history. It is sitting in my garage right now. He made great arguements for buying the Impala Vs. Cadi we were looking for. There was NO pressure - just wisdom. We enjoyed the attmosphere - and will certainly recommend the dealship - and especially Alex Marshall - to anyone we know looking for a car. We initially went to Walser GMC because of their reputation for philanthropy and their support of charitable causes, and because they had the vehicle we were looking for . I wish I could say they c reputation for philanthropy and their support of charitable causes, and because they had the vehicle we were looking for . I wish I could say they conduct their business in a manner consistent with the values they claim to hold. We bought a used 2006 Ford Explorer from them in November. They showed us a checklist that indicated everything had been checked out and approved. Now, in March, we started having shifting issues, and they told us to bring it in to have it checked out. We drove all the way there from St. Louis Park, only then to be told they don't have the equipment to test or diagnose Ford transmissions. (So HOW did they ever check it out to begin with, that made them indicate on the checklist that the transmission was fine??). So we had to drive it over to Midway Ford, where they diagnosed an issue that cost us $1700.00, with the caveat that there may be additional work needed. My husband went back to Walser GMC to ask them for documentation that the vehicle had been maintained per the recommended schedule. (They had also told us that the vehicle belonged to the brother of one of the sales people and that he took excellent car of it and had all the recommended servicing done). Of course, now they seem to have no recollection of that conversation or any brother or a sales person. Midway Ford has offered us a discount on the labor for related future repairs, but we've gotten NOTHING from Walser. We will NEVER buy from a Walser dealership again (and we actually have 2 more cars to replace in the next couple of years), and you can be sure that we will be telling all of our friends of this awful experience. More

I felt really fortunate to have Andrei as my dealer at Walser. Immediately upon walking into the dealership the atmosphere was a lot better than other dealerships I had stopped into. He made the experience personal and comfortable for my first serious car purchase. There was the perfect balance of not pushing too much if you did not want something. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the Buick we were looking at. The car we looked at did not have a sun roof that we wanted in our vehicle.
