I have not had a long history of enjoying purchasing a new car. My past experience has generally been with sales people that were pushy and really just in it for a sale. James was excellent to work with and took the time to help us find a car that met our exact needs. The financing department and store management put in a significant amount of time to work with us on the financing of the vehicle. James spent time to explain the mechanics of the car with me and even rescued my garage door opener from my trade in. It is clear that the people we worked with care about their customers. I will not hesitate to continue to purchase vehicles from Roseville Buick GMC and I will highly recommend them to our friends and family. More

I have bought multiple vehicles through Jeff. He is a vehicle enthusiast himself and his knowledge surpasses everyone's. Came in from out of town and had problems with my 96 Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. I actually intended to go to their GM competitor a little farther down the road but just drove in Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. I actually intended to go to their GM competitor a little farther down the road but just drove into the first GM dealer I saw. Everybody I encountered was friendly (including a little ribbing about being a Packer fan from the Land of Cheese), courteous and responsive to my needs. They took the car in immediately and had it repaired promptly and got it right the first time. Very happy. More
A week ago today my husband and I went to Walser to test drive the GMC Terrain. Matthew Kowalski greeted us right away and was extremely helpful for our entire experience. Excellent teamwork among the staff. We have worked with Jeff "The General" Patton in the past and planned to work with him this time also. Matt Kowalski stepped into the breach and processed the purchase of the vehicle smoothly and easily. When Jeff came in, he did the delivery steps of getting the car prepped, giving the orientation, etc. It was very noteworthy and striking that the staff members were cooperative and seamless in their process. We saw only warmth between and among the staff and none of the competitiveness so often seen in car dealerships. The buyer remained the focus of everyone, making it a smooth, efficient, pleasant experience. This is our third time with this dealer; two Buicks and a GMC. This is an outstanding dealership, one who has earned repeat business and referrals of anyone we know who is shopping for a car. They are simply outstanding!!! (PS - Having the salesman handle the finance stuff rather than being shuffled off to a dark little office is a stroke of genius! That alone improves the purchase experience enormously.) More

Overall, VERY BAD experience with Walser. First took the vehicle for a test drive and the A?C did'nt work. They put freon in it and said it should be fine. Went back about a week later to look at it again vehicle for a test drive and the A?C did'nt work. They put freon in it and said it should be fine. Went back about a week later to look at it again, the AC was fixed (sort of) and decided to buy the vehicle. Before I drove it off the lot, they had to JUMP START the vehicle. I got home, after they delivered the car for me, and as soon as they left, I went to start the vehicle and it was completely DEAD. Called them back and was told the Service Dept. was about to close and I'd have to wait until Monday for them to pick it up to install a new battery. The freon was leaking again and they ordered a new line. The new line was supposed to be in on Tuesday, but the WRONG part was delivered, so I had to wait until Wednesday to get that fixed. So...FIVE days after purchasing the vehicle, I actually got to drive it. It was obvious they never went through this vehicle to see if anything was wrong with it. I assume because it was a used vehicle that they don't sell - they sell new Buicks, Pontiacs and GMC's. Fast forward six weeks...the "check engine" light came on. I pulled the code which indicated a small leak was detected. Took it out to the CHRYSLER dealership next door to Walser and had to have the ESIM replaced. While at the dealership, they discovered the rear brake pads needed to be replaced and they machined the rotors. Not only that, they also found an oil leak, and they had to replace the front crankshaft oil seal. So...after six weeks, and one car payment later, I had to fork out $618.00 for repairs on this vehicle. I also emailed my salesperson asking if the title had been transfered yet after six weeks as it is still in the previous owner's name, and NO RESPONSE from them. I've had NO follow-up calls or emails from these people whatsoever. Obviously, they don't give a rat's *ss about their used vehicles, or used vehicles that aren't the brand they sell. It was obvious to me they don't even go through their trade-in vehicles prior to reselling them to see if there are any problems. Unbelievable experience and I will never buy a vehicle from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
