Rodd Walton was my salesman this past Monday. From the phone call to finalizing the sale he was attentive to my questions and concerns. My twin brother was with me and we both watched Rodd work through 3 car sales while working with us(it was definetaly a busy day) and I still felt he listened to everything. Youre sales manager as well, she was another amazing asset to my purchase and I felt comfortable and not pushed into a sale. My twin brother WILL be in your roseville location to trade in his 18 silverado and will definetaly be requesting Rodd. As a service manager in a massive corporate auto shop, rodd will definetaly excel with your dealership for years to come (do what you can in your power to retain him) More
Multiple reasons: 1. Taylor told me it would be $100 deductible for each item I needed to get fixed. I confirmed with warranty there was no deductible. Taylor did not follow up on status of my car, I had to keep calling others to help me. My car wasn’t ready on time and took much longer and Taylor did not put in the tire sensor replacement like I asked. There was no rental car available and the guy I handed my own rental car receipt to submit didn’t know what to do with it. I’m hoping it was submitted to the Walser autoguard warranty. the entire experience was a hassle, confusing, and inconvenient. More
