Unprofessional I test drove one car...loved it and wanted to make a purchase. The sales manager took a hard line stance instead of negotiating (at all) and just trie I test drove one car...loved it and wanted to make a purchase. The sales manager took a hard line stance instead of negotiating (at all) and just tried to prove to me that I couldn't get the car for a better price elsewhere. Wouldn't come down $1. Then he showed me a print out that with a graph showing other cars in the area like the one I wanted and their associated prices...and basically told me good luck getting a better price. In addition he spent 10 minutes explaining to me how their inventory churn process worked...saying cars leave the lot after 60 days and go to another lot...and then told me the car I wanted had been on the lot 60 days and that I needed to act fast. When I did buy a different car 12 days later...that first car was still there. Even after I told the salesman I wanted to purchase...he still pressured me to act fast and close the deal ASAP. When I showed up to make my purchase...I had to wait 1.5 hours to sit down with the sales manager to do my deal...and when I told them I was financing through my own bank...they were a little snarky and tried to make me feel stupid because they were so sure they could be my banks rates...should have seen the look on their face when they saw my rate. They were shocked because they run their financing through my bank, and I had a better rate going direct. Actually listened to the sales manager call the bank and ask them xxx...pretty awesome. Overall...I did get the best price on the car...I did my research...the sales reps were knowledgeable and friendly...but the managers were kind of xxxxxxx. I would not shop here again. More

The sales associate, Dave Middleton, was very knowledgeable of the Buick we bought. He was able to demonstrate new functions of the car that other dealerships had not shown us. I was also impressed with the no-pressure atmosphere of the dealership. I felt like they wanted this vehicle to be perfect for my family, and answered all of our questions. More
I have not had a long history of enjoying purchasing a new car. My past experience has generally been with sales people that were pushy and really just in it for a sale. James was excellent to work with and took the time to help us find a car that met our exact needs. The financing department and store management put in a significant amount of time to work with us on the financing of the vehicle. James spent time to explain the mechanics of the car with me and even rescued my garage door opener from my trade in. It is clear that the people we worked with care about their customers. I will not hesitate to continue to purchase vehicles from Roseville Buick GMC and I will highly recommend them to our friends and family. More

I have bought multiple vehicles through Jeff. He is a vehicle enthusiast himself and his knowledge surpasses everyone's. He has put in a lot of time into researching and finding the right trucks for me vehicle enthusiast himself and his knowledge surpasses everyone's. I have also had vehicles in for service and have been treated very well there. My truck was fresh out of warranty and they still installed a new stereo in my truck for me after it went bad. More

Came in from out of town and had problems with my 96 Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. I actually intended to go to their GM competitor a little farther down the road but just drove in Chevy Impala SS. Walser was convenient to my hotel. Everybody I encountered was friendly (including a little ribbing about being a Packer fan from the Land of Cheese), courteous and responsive to my needs. They took the car in immediately and had it repaired promptly and got it right the first time. Very happy. More
A week ago today my husband and I went to Walser to test drive the GMC Terrain. Matthew Kowalski greeted us right away and was extremely helpful for our entire experience.
