Having me pay for work that was not the issue. Over $2,000.00 and this is still current. Staff have attitudes as if my car still not running smoothly after I took it to them for rims. Told me it was the brakes and rotors and had me replace them to it still be a current issue. My breaks are squeaking after the replacement. Kept my car for entire day regarding both issues and still didn't find which break was squeaking. I paid all that money for brakes and rotors to be replaced for my breaks today to be squeaky but they supposedly supposed to come with a warranty. I have been the issue with the dealership and my car since November and that act as if I don't have a valid point regarding my car. Then they have me drop my car off no rental then keep my car all day. Staff don't call tell my vehicle is ready. I call at 5:50 PM and they close at 6:00 PM. Very inconsiderate and a big inconvenience consistently dropping my car off no to be fixed. More
Made appt in advance for an oil change, tire sensor maintenance and see why brakes still squeak since the last break pad replacement they did. I was charged $60 and they did nothing.
