They almost charged me $3500 to replace my turbo until I asked if there was some warranty. They looked and there was an emissions warranty that paid for the whole thing. Why did I have to ask? I now have little faith in this dealer. And a new general manager is so horrible that 22 people have quit including the service manager. Something really needs to be changed! More
I bought a 2022 Buick Encore 2 weeks ago. During the sales process, we asked our sales rep several times to make sure we would receive 2 key fobs. We only received one key fob. I have reached out numerous times to either pick up the 2nd fob or schedule getting a new one. I have had no luck. I believe you, the dealership should pay for the 2nd fob, as we were told there we’re 2 key fobs during our sales process. More
