I brought my car into get fixed a month ago and paid to get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. They charged me again to diagnose the same problem th get it diagnosed and they said they fixed it. Problem was still there so brought it in again. I was given a written quote for $200 for a replacement key for one that snapped in the ignition. Upon picking up my car it was $1500. The quote still said 200. I called in several times to speak with a se key for one that snapped in the ignition. Upon picking up my car it was $1500. The quote still said 200. I called in several times to speak with a service agent after and no one ever called my back. Additionally all my tire sensors now are not reading when I picked up my vehicle. Taylor service this entire time was unprofessional! They was no communication unless I initiated. I missed 4 days of work due to him giving me the runaround. My car was being serviced 3 weeks and he still never completed all repairs even though they were covered under WAG extended warranty. When I notified him and others that those claim should be submitted it’s been silence. I would never spend a penny here again and wouldn’t recommend it either! More

Very easy sale for them as I sought them out due to a vehicle being in stock. Completed most of the transaction online, but upon delivery the vehicle hadn't even been washed. New $55K vehicle and no deta vehicle being in stock. Completed most of the transaction online, but upon delivery the vehicle hadn't even been washed. New $55K vehicle and no detailing was done prior to delivery... I basically had to tell them if they didn't at least wash it, I wasn't taking it home. Before delivery I tried to work with their parts department to order a bottle of touchup paint. They never called me back. Upon delivery I asked sales to assist me, and they said they'd have a bottle sent to me. One follow up and three weeks later, no bottle of touchup paint. The salesperson himself was a nice guy. Managment of the dealership seems lacking. Returning to GM after owning Toyota, not off to a super start. More
