You had my car for over three weeks before you fix it And the one thing I brought it in for you couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I brought it back for the second time he had it for a day he said you f the one thing I brought it in for you couldn’t find anything wrong with it so I brought it back for the second time he had it for a day he said you fixed it but I got home and it was not fixed. I had to take it to a transmission place and they found what was wrong with it and I had to pay $300. Which I wouldn’t know how to pay because it was under warranty if you found it so now I’m on $300. I will be getting a hold of you next week to get my $300 back. More

I liked the video the tech took of the underside of my car. Although I didn’t use it, the message from the advisor is good. I found out my car was outside with the work finished. Also the mileage on the work order is wrong. Should be 60074 not 66074. Could you please fix this with CARFAX More
