When asking questions of the mechanic he rolled his eyes at me. I had my husband go in, in my place in one instance and he was treated very differently than me. Dealer diagnosed areas and requested service from warranty company I was not aware of nor did i initially ask for. Communication is not ideal at this dealership and they will not get our service in the future. More

Service center is completely unaware of their clients. Purchased a brand new Denali Sierra and was sold on the extended warranty and was told the dealership would be able to handle all concerns. Brought the vehicle in after a few issues and the dealership could have cared less if I was a client or bought a $60k + vehicle. Tried to charge for services that were covered under the additional warranty Walser sold me. This dealership has no idea how to handle or even know who their customers are. I would never work with this company again. Contacted sales rep. He didn’t care and the GM never returned a call. Buyer beware!! More
