When I first brought my truck in to get checked due to my check engine light on, the representative was extremely difficult to work with getting the trouble codes for the lights. They made the excuse that th check engine light on, the representative was extremely difficult to work with getting the trouble codes for the lights. They made the excuse that the code reader they have isn’t as good as the mechanics. I then made an appointment and the check engine turned back off so the mechanic had to guess what was wrong. If the service member had taken the time to get the codes originally it would have helped tremendously. Also, the part needed for the repair is on back order so now I have to wait to get my vehicle fixed. More
