I bought gmc Yukon in Sep 2024, I had 2 recalls on it. Breakpads are rusty and I had to change them. It costed me much. The actual work done by the technicians was great, however the communication from the service staff has been sub par. I was hardly updated on the status of my vehicle while it was in the shop, and often had to call and leave messages that were rarely returned. I was promised my rental car and initial diagnostic fees would be covered due to it being a warranty issue, but still got a bill from the rental car company, and have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund after, yet again, more calls unanswered. I attempted to contact the service department manager, and have been waiting a week for a reply. More
