I’ve been dealing with Walser GMC where i purchased the truck. First bad experience call to schedule an oil change appointment, service advised me don’t need an appointment. Drive all the way out there to tell me i DO need an appointment. Completely unacceptable. Made another appointment just recently to schedule service for transmission fluid change, dropped the truck off, your service advisor calls me to tell me we don’t have the transmission fluid. Again, completely unacceptable.Had to leave my truck overnight and reschedule my whole Friday around Walser GMC. Probably won’t be doing anymore business with Walser GMC!!! More

I usually have good success with walser, but this last visit was terrible. Waiting 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is beyond unacceptable.
