Up to booking the appointment on-line, my situation appeared to be acknowledged and in the right hands. In the process of drop-off, something was said about needing wind-shield fluid added, I had a li appeared to be acknowledged and in the right hands. Informed I would be called when the work was finished, no call. I showed up, and left with my vehicle to find out the service work hadn’t even been performed. Then, I was told there wasn’t a loaner available. Only after getting upset was any sort of accommodation made. Unless I have to, won’t be back or do any business with these folks in the future. More
