Wow Walser GMC has the worst service department. I brought my Yukon in to fix a parasitic battery draw. After week and a $2000 bill, they had no bodies what was happening. After I got my Yukon ba I brought my Yukon in to fix a parasitic battery draw. After week and a $2000 bill, they had no bodies what was happening. After I got my Yukon back - the tail lights didn’t work, the liftgate didn’t work, and the backseats didn’t work - I have never had issues with any of those items before. . Turns out they put the fuse in wrong for the taillight - and then tried to hand me a bill after they fixed it. My local garage said the backseats were missing their fuse. And regarding the liftgate - they said it was not their fault because the control module needed to be replaced (which they said would $850 for the part). So I took that to my local garage - and it was in fact NOT the control module - it was the actuator. So either Walser is inept or not honest. I wish they would have just owned up if they couldn’t fix it - versus giving my Yukon back saying “we don’t know what we did” and with more things broken than when I dropped it off. More
