Took them 2 hours to start working on my car for an oil change, when I showed up at my appointment time. Was not warned or apologized to. I want to give this dealership business, but I’ve been burned at least a couple times. First time I brought my truck in to get some things fixed that were under warranty. I tried to be easy and give them my truck for a couple days, but I think that made my repairs low priority to them. My truck was stuck there for days longer than estimated. The last time I again brought my truck back in to get a part installed that had been back ordered for months. This time I told them I’d only leave the truck for the day. I picked it up and drove away only to find that the part that they said they put in didn’t even work. I didn’t even call them back to let them know. I’m afraid that it’ll just be another run around, so I’ve put it off for now. More

When getting service done they did not fill up windshield wiper fluid and this was for an oil change. I purchased a battery from Sam’s Club in December 2024, they told me that the tires that I had purchased from them were put on incorrectly. Long story short, I bought directional tires from Sam’s Club and they told me that the tires that I had purchased from them were put on incorrectly. Long story short, I bought directional tires from Sam’s Club and when I had my oil changed at Walser in Bloomington, my tires were rotated, but were not put on correctly. I had to make a separate appointment ( for which I went out of my way because I work remotely and do not live in the area) to have them corrected. I understand mistakes happen, but tires should be something that are pretty straightforward, even if they are directional tires. The service advisor, nor the person that I made the appointment with were not super friendly, and I feel could’ve apologized given the circumstance. This was not my fault, but yet had to go out of my way to have it corrected. I have three oil changes left and don’t want my tires rotated, I will go back to Sam’s Club, where I bought them.
