I dropped off the vehicle the night before, again as a convenience to me. Service Manager reviewed my problem. I asked for completion next day by a certain time, he promised to call when done. Next day, I received a timely call advising that my vehicle was done. I picked up the car as scheduled, reviewed what had been done with the service manager and was on my way.
